  Is there any way to go from Balzi Rossi beach, go around the restaurant, to Via Augusta lv lia, 18039? I have noticed that
  there is a narrow street but is it accessible for golf cart size car?

  How to get to from Balzi Rossi beach, go around the restaurant, to Via Augusta llv lia, the other side?
  I have noticed that there is a narrow roadway go around the upper side of restaurant. Is it accessible for golf cart size vehicle?
