Aquasplash water park was the first water park in Italy and still is one of the best equipped. It was first opened in 1985 and is still operated by a private family. The owners try to bring something new every year to their visitors.

The latest innovations include a surf simulator, “picnic area”, new dressing room facilities and relaxation area – a grassy area with sun loungers and parasols. Now the park offers over 20 different attractions.

The park has many water slides, more or less extreme, with the possibility of using tires or mats. Right at the entrance is a big wet bubble, where you can climb to the top and then slip back down.

Water park also has a number of attractions that are not directly related to water. One of them is a rope pyramid – a tangle of ropes in the form of a pyramid drawn above the water surface.

Across the park you will also find a number of attractions for the youngest visitors, in the form of colorful animals, multi-functional showers with slides and paddling pool, or a pirate ship. Attractions for families with young children are smartly separated from those of adrenaline ones.

If you forget to bring any important stuff with you, such as bathing suit, towels, glasses or cosmetics, don’t worry. Right at the entrance is fairly well equipped shop with all the things you would need to ensure best time in the water park.

The park is open daily from late May to the early of September usually between 10 am and 6 pm. Tickets cost 16€ for kids 8 years and younger (kids under 3 have free access) and 20€ for other visitors (prices are valid for 2014 season). Discounted tickets are available for those coming later in the afternoon and for groups.
